The fund has deployed significant capital into the local region, paving the way for growth and value creation opportunities. The successful candidate will drive change and unlock value across complex organisations by ensuring the delivery of key transformation initiatives designed and implemented by the team. Responsibilities

Provide impactful advice to support the transformation process across complex organisations and across all sectors in the portfolio. Offer credible transformational insights to the senior management team and ensure their successful implementation. Collaborate with senior operating partners and executive-level professionals to identify and implement growth and transformation initiatives within the existing portfolio. Engage with a broad investment remit, working with high-profile organisations and deploying significant capital to drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses. Qualifications

Experience delivering transformation in international corporates, either from a top-tier consultancy or from the corporate side. Significant operational experience delivering transformational support to businesses across sectors. Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence others. Takes accountability for results with sound judgment, credibility and humility. Ability and willingness to be located in Riyadh, full-time. Additional information
