You’ll provide technical leadership on large‑scale installations, leveraging your expertise in electronic and electromechanical systems to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and drive operational excellence. Your role will include mentoring junior colleagues, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and acting as the go‑to expert for your product area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute complex technical installations for advanced engineering solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime
- Mentor and support junior team members in the field
- Assess equipment performance and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with third‑party partners and internal stakeholders to solve technical challenges
- Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Communicate service updates and technical issues to all relevant parties
- Work closely with management, R&D, technical, and commercial teams
- Provide on‑site support to customers, with some travel and flexibility for non‑standard working hours
Qualifications & Experience :
