Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the General Manager (in the absence of Operation Manager, to be Coordinated with the Branch Manager). Field and Division Manager / Supervisors are reporting to him, on operational basis. He coordinates with the Branch Managers, Financial Manager, Purchasing Manager and Logistic Manager, on all business issues related.
Key Function
To prepare the Sales Business Plan (Brand Strategy) that satisfies both company and supplier objectives. In charge of sales and marketing operations for Brands.
Keeping in touch with market trends and ensure brands image / awareness / distribution is on the optimum. Continuous study and research on all Retail Audit sources to determine product share against competitors and report any unusual trend. Key Customer / Trade Channel Management. Rewarding loyal customers with special schemes.
Stock management from supplier and internal distribution of stocks. Price positioning of products based on market study. P&L responsibility. HR selection, evaluation, training, coaching, promotions and termination.
Skills
Main responsibility is for all aspects of company’s Sales and Distribution policy and strategy that need to be implemented at Branch level including Collections, Credit Control, Stock Control, Key Account Management, Customer’s Contracts, Category Management, Space Management and the management of Sales Force at the Branch level.
