Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and expand our client base within the retail sector in Abha.
- Oversee daily operations of the recruitment agency, ensuring efficient service delivery tailored to the retail industry.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing direction and support to enhance their effectiveness in recruiting for retail positions.
