City Manager

We are looking for a proactive and experienced City Manager to lead our operations in Abha, Saudi Arabia, within the retail industry sector of our human resources outsourcing recruitment agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes tailored specifically for retail clients, ensuring that we meet their unique human resource needs effectively. This role demands a strategic leader who can manage a diverse workforce, drive business growth, and enhance client satisfaction. The City Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing innovative recruitment solutions that address the challenges faced by the retail industry while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and expand our client base within the retail sector in Abha.

Oversee daily operations of the recruitment agency, ensuring efficient service delivery tailored to the retail industry.

Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing direction and support to enhance their effectiveness in recruiting for retail positions.

Build and maintain robust relationships with retail clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions.
