About the job Based at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Culinary Department, the Chef de Cuisine is responsible for all operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the culinary operation. He / She will oversee the culinary operations, including The Globe, Asir Lounge, Room Service, and Lobby Lounges. As Chef de Cuisine, your responsibilities will include : Understanding and communicating all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures to colleagues. Holding monthly meetings to ensure open communication and sharing of departmental and hotel information. Safeguarding stored information and maintaining confidentiality concerning guests, customers, colleagues, and hotel operations. Supporting and adhering to all policies related to Safety, Soundness, and Sustainability at Mandarin Oriental. Ensuring compliance with the MOHG Social Media Policy, including responsible content publishing on any social media platform. We expect from you as Chef de Cuisine : Overseeing all operational and administrative culinary aspects of La Brasserie, Terrace Lounge, and Main Kitchen, prioritizing engagement based on business needs. Creating synergy between different kitchens to maximize efficiency. Managing the ordering and requesting of fruits and vegetables daily.
