Responsibilities

System Engineer-2 (SMS, CCTV, ACS, PSIM) Understand specification compliance and scope responsibilities. Budget analysis. Engineering performance and progress reporting. Lead the identification, development, and deployment of commissioning engineering processes, procedures, and tools to drive commissioning excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement. Work with SME teams to deliver the most suitable solutions. Proactively work with risk assessment and mitigation planning. System design and engineering. Value engineering and material / cost savings. VO estimation and cost analysis. Coordinate with remote engineering teams. Deliver the project within the project schedule with positive deviation; promote job assignment and teamwork. Schedule and milestone development; understand technology. Junior / CX Engineer team management. Develop and maintain excellent customer relations. Requirements and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Security Engineering or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in the field. Experience with specs compliance. Experience with security controllers & field control systems (e.g., Access Control Systems, CCTV, Intrusion Detection). Experience in configuring servers and front-end software and commissioning. Experience in access control system design development. Experience in card and reader technology; badging and storage sizing. Experience in ACS and CCTV integrations and connection to Physical Security Information Management Systems. Experience with IP and analog cameras. Experience in CCTV system design development and coverage studies to identify suitable cameras. Knowledge in reviewing shop drawings. Customer Satisfaction

Provide supervision for Honeywell systems to customers at site. Participate in technical discussions and site coordination meetings. Train customer technical operation staff at site. System handover and customer acceptance at site. Benefits / We Offer
