Job Title : PCB Design & Electronics Engineer

Job Overview :

Dream Realization Lab (DRL), Dhahran Techno Valley Holding Company, a multidisciplinary product development and innovation center, is seeking a motivated PCB Design & Electronics Engineer to help establish and grow DRL’s electronics and PCB prototyping capabilities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, fabricating, and testing advanced electronic systems, as well as supporting training, research, and industrial collaboration in product development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design high-speed, mixed-signal, and multi-layer PCBs for product development and prototyping projects.
• Utilize industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, Altium Designer, PCAD, CAM350, or equivalent.
• Prepare schematic capture, component libraries, Gerber files, stack-ups, and DFM / DFT documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in mechanical, materials, and product design for system integration.
• Support setup and operation of PCB fabrication and testing equipment in the DRL lab.
• Develop and deliver training modules or workshops for students and professionals in PCB design and prototyping.
• Engage with vendors and manufacturers to ensure design quality and manufacturability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement (Kaizen) of design workflows and lab processes.
