Junior Quantity Surveyor

to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some relevant experience seeking to further develop their skills in quantity surveying within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project budgets and cost estimates.

Help in the development of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions.

Support in the analysis of drawings and specifications to calculate quantities and costs.

Participate in site visits and inspections to gather relevant data for cost assessments.

Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors to assess subcontractor bids and proposals.

Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals.

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and project correspondence.

Participate in project meetings and provide updates on cost estimates and budget status.
