Alfanar Projects is seeking experienced Testing & Commissioning Engineers to support our high-voltage (HV / EHV) substation projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in substation testing and commissioning, with preference given to those approved by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) or with previous project experience in KSA or India . This is a critical role ensuring the reliable and safe energization of power systems as part of our ongoing infrastructure expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing and commissioning of HV / EHV substations (up to 380kV).
• Conduct functional and protection relay testing, CT / PT testing, breaker timing, and other related electrical tests.
• Coordinate with construction, QA / QC, and client teams during all phases of commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, SEC standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed test reports and commissioning documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical protection and control systems.
• Support energization and post-commissioning activities as required.
