Overview
Responsible for the architectural design and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design standards, building / architectural codes, and client requirements. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable architectural solutions.

Main Areas of Responsibility
- Support the Senior Architectural Engineer for the creation and refinement of architectural designs, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, Architectural specifications, and construction documents for execution on-site.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil, technical teams to ensure architectural integration across all disciplines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor Architectural activities / construction progress, verify compliance with design intent, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure all architectural work adheres to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate / communicate with site management, clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to present designs, gather feedback, and resolve architectural issues.
- Guide junior architects and draftsmen, providing technical direction and professional development support.
- Evaluate materials, systems, and construction methods to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising design quality.
- Integrate green building practices and innovative architectural solutions to enhance environmental performance and project value.
