Senior Procurement Manager

• Lead the procurement strategy development and execution to align with company's objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement processes are followed and meet project requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contract terms.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Strong understanding of procurement regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance data.
