Responsibilities

• Procurement Planning and Performance : Oversee the preparation of annual procurement plans and sourcing roadmaps in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Monitor procurement performance metrics and spend analytics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Category Management and Market Intelligence : Conduct market analysis and category assessments to support data-driven sourcing decisions. Develop category strategies that drive long-term value, supplier innovation, and risk reduction.
• Policy and Process Optimization : Review and enhance procurement processes, ensuring alignment with international best practices and regulatory requirements. Drive standardization and automation initiatives across procurement functions to improve operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration : Collaborate with business units, finance, and legal teams to align procurement plans and strategies with organizational needs.
