Qualifications

Education : Mechanical or Technical degree Languages : Ability to read, write, and speak English, Arabic, and Urdu Computer Skills : Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, OneNote, and Outlook Availability : Willingness to work overtime if needed Experience : Minimum 5 years in a similar supervisory role Leadership Skills : Lead and supervise & provide continuous improvement and accountability Skills : Strong leadership & team management, training & development capabilities Other : Excellent Manufacturing / Production planning and scheduling skills & tools, equipment, and factory maintenance management Other : Ability to implement and adjust production plans, standards effectively Cross-functional Coordination : Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional departments (Supply Chain, Administration, etc.) Safety : Strong understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage GMP : Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Problem-solving : Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
