Responsibilities :
Conceptualize and Design : Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media. Brand Development : Work closely with the marketing team to contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure design solutions meet business objectives. Multi-Media Design : Produce engaging graphics for digital marketing, social media, presentations, and other promotional materials. Web Design : Collaborate with the web development team to create visually stunning and user-friendly web designs. Adherence to Guidelines : Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects. Stay Updated : Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills. Requirements : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Experience : Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in IT industry. Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Software Proficiency : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts. Creativity : Strong creative and conceptual thinking with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table. Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all design work. Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
