As the Manager of Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with various departments to provide comprehensive financial analysis, spearhead budgeting processes, and facilitate important decision-making based on financial forecasts. Your proactive approach and expertise will empower teams to achieve financial objectives while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to departments, providing analytical support and insights that enhance business processes and decision-making
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across different business units to ensure alignment with overall strategic goals
• Develop and analyze key financial metrics, identifying trends and providing recommendations to drive performance improvements
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting critical insights and findings
