Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target market segments (B2B, B2G, B2C) to achieve sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including contracting companies, design firms, and real estate developers.
• Manage the entire project-based sales cycle from lead generation and client consultation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
• Understand client needs and requirements to propose solutions from our product portfolio (furniture, decor, restoration, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the internal design and production teams to ensure client expectations for quality and delivery timelines are met.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations that address client needs.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, identify market trends, and inform sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the Nafees World brand.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines using CRM software.

Job Holder Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B / B2G project sales, preferably within the construction, interior design, or high-end furniture industry in Saudi Arabia

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A professional and presentable appearance.
