Generic Responsibilities
Supports Local Management / Country Managers and employees in all strategic and operative HR matters in collaboration with RSSC administrators, if applicable Handles and administers incoming employee queries and provides solid HR information as first contact point to HR customers, if country is not served by RSSC Performs transactional tasks in one or more HR functional area timely and accurate Solves queries which require specific HR knowledge and higher degree of policy interpretation Closely collaborates with Regional Experts and local (HR) Management in the facilitation of selected knowledge based / advisory HR services to develop and maintain a more detailed knowledge of the designated processes and policies Provides process expertise and identifies improvement potential in order to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement Supports strategic and operative HR projects on local level Qualifications
Responsible for the facilitation of knowledge based HR services on local level like strategic workforce planning, leadership and employee development, succession management as well as performance and compensation management in accordance with global standards set by CoEs and in close collaboration with Regional Experts. Facilitates Employee Dialogue Performance for local management by preparing calibration meetings in accordance with standards set by CoEs. Supports in local salary review process in alignment with CoEs, local HR Management and ROs HR. Experience & Further Qualifications
Advanced basic knowledge in English (A2 Elementary). Fluent in local language (B2 Upper intermediate). 3-5 years of operational HR experience. Seniority level
