Deliver External Reports to Governmental Entities and Stakeholders. Gather data from various internal and external sources relevant to governmental reporting requirements. Analyze data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance for external reporting. Prepare detailed reports that meet the specific requirements of governmental entities and stakeholders. Ensure reports are formatted according to external standards and guidelines. Verify that all data included in external reports complies with regulatory and compliance standards. Conduct thorough reviews and audits of reports to ensure accuracy and integrity. Submit reports to governmental entities and stakeholders within specified deadlines. Communicate effectively with external parties to address any queries or clarifications regarding the reports. Handle Urgent and Ad-Hoc Requests from Senior Leadership with Short Turnaround Times. Receive and prioritise urgent and ad-hoc requests from senior leadership. Assess the scope and requirements of each request to determine the necessary actions. Rapidly gather and analyse relevant data to respond to urgent requests. Prepare concise and accurate reports or presentations to address the specific needs of senior leadership. Coordinate with various departments and teams to gather necessary information and insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective responses to urgent requests. Ensure that all urgent reports and responses maintain high standards of accuracy and quality. Implement checks and validations to prevent errors and ensure reliability of information. Maintain Compliance with External Data and Format Standards. Stay informed about relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines for external reporting. Ensure all reports adhere to the latest compliance requirements. Develop and maintain standardised templates and formats for external reports. Implement best practices for data presentation and reporting to meet external standards. Prioritize Critical Issues and Enable Fast, Responsive Reporting. Identify critical issues that require immediate attention and reporting. Prioritise tasks and allocate resources to address high-priority issues effectively. Develop streamlined processes for fast and responsive reporting. Implement tools and technologies to enhance the speed and efficiency of report generation. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in internal reporting, data analysis, or a related field. Proven experience in developing reports within customs, zakat, and tax domains is highly desirable. Technical Skills : Strong experience in SQL and working with different data warehouse technologies; Teradata experience is a plus. Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical methods. Experience with data integration and automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Soft Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certifications : Relevant certifications in data analytics or reporting (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus. Seniority level
