About the job Sr.Civil Engineer - Contracting

Bachelor in Civil Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience Responsible for implementing all civil project(s), including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration . Included are coordination with and responsibility for communicating with other disciplines and the client. Assist with all project stages from initiations to handing over. Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications. Conduct site visits to verify the tender documents. Prepare technical proposal. Help with RAMS. Evaluate the sub-contractors. Create and review engineering drawings. Proper knowledge about materials to use. Aware of planning tasks and scheduling. Prepare and submit all required documentations including drawings, MIR, RFI, Test reports, etc.. Site work following up. Conduct quality control inspections. Aware of technicalities and techniques of civil works. Solving problems technically with minimal cost. Coordination and corporation with other disciplines and avoid the conflicts. Contact with suppliers and help with procurement. Communicate with the client effectively. Assuring the work executed as per drawings specifications.
