Account Executive

to support day-to-day communications, project follow-ups, and execution for key public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia. This role is a foundational support function within the Client Servicing department, responsible for detail tracking, document flow, and relationship maintenance across fast-moving event projects. Key Responsibilities Assist account managers in coordinating client communication, feedback cycles, and approvals. Maintain detailed trackers for project timelines, deliverables, and client meetings. Prepare meeting minutes, internal action points, and status reports. Support pitch coordination, documentation, and content assembly for proposals. Manage internal communication between creative, production, and client-facing teams. Ideal Profile 3+ years in account coordination, client servicing, or project support roles in agency environments. High organizational awareness, professional maturity, and communication skills. Arabic and English fluency required. Proactive, curious, and comfortable in client-facing settings.
