مراقبة وضبط ورفع تقارير تكاليف المشروع طوال دورة حياته. إعداد تقارير تفصيلية للتكاليف، التدفقات النقدية، والتوقعات المالية. تحليل الفروقات واقتراح حلول فعّالة من حيث التكلفة. التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق التخطيط، المشتريات، والمالية. دعم التقارير الشهرية، مراجعات الميزانية، وإعداد الحسابات الختامية. ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات ضبط التكاليف ومتطلبات العقود. Responsibilities (English)

Monitor, control, and report project costs throughout the project life cycle. Prepare detailed cost reports, cash flows, and financial forecasts. Analyze variances and propose effective cost-saving solutions. Closely coordinate with planning, procurement, and finance teams. Support monthly reporting, budget reviews, and final account preparations. Ensure compliance with cost control procedures and contractual requirements. Qualifications (Arabic)

بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية (شرط أساسي). خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في ضبط التكاليف، ويفضل في مشاريع البنية التحتية أو المشاريع المدنية. شهادة CCP – Certified Cost Professional تعتبر ميزة إضافية. إجادة العمل على برامج ضبط التكاليف، أنظمة ERP، وMicrosoft Excel. مهارات تحليلية ومالية وتواصل قوية. يجب أن يكون لديه إقامة قابلة للنقل داخل المملكة. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost control, preferably in infrastructure or civil projects. CCP – Certified Cost Professional

certification is a plus. Proficiency in cost control software, ERP systems, and

Microsoft Excel . Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills. Must have a

transferable Iqama

within the Kingdom.
