Sales Leader / Account Manager – Government & Public Sector (KSA)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader / Account Manager to drive adesso’s growth in the Government and Public Sector across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic opportunities in collaboration with technology partners (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and others) and our delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a focused sales strategy for KSA Government and Public Sector entities.
  • Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with ministries, authorities, and government‑owned enterprises.
  • Drive sales for digital transformation solutions including business solutions, Cloud migration, SAP (RISE, S / 4HANA, BTP, CX, Analytics), ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and AI‑driven modernization programs.
  • Engage and align with national initiatives such as Vision 2030, Digital Government Authority (DGA), and National Transformation Program.
  • Coordinate closely with adesso’s regional leadership, delivery, and alliance teams to ensure end‑to‑end customer success.
  • Forecast, report, and own revenue targets for the assigned portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or account management within the KSA public sector.
  • Proven track record managing large government accounts and multi‑stakeholder projects.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud migration, and public sector modernization programs.
  • Existing network within ministries, government agencies, or government‑linked enterprises.
  • Strong relationships with global technology providers (SAP, AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
