We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. EPAM is renowned for delivering cutting-edge technological solutions to transform businesses worldwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring that project goals align with company objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading software development projectsProven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budgetStrong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skillsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello)Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)Fluent Arabic communication skills (B2 level or higher)An academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related fieldNICE TO HAVE
PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) preferredWE OFFER
