Al Hobail Medical Company, a fast-growing pharmaceutical and medical device firm, is hiring for the position of Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This is a prime opportunity for highly motivated Saudi graduates who are ready to launch a successful career in healthcare sales.

Role Description

Promotion & Sales : Strategically promote and sell our diverse product portfolio to HCPs, including physicians, specialists, and pharmacists, within the assigned territory.
Target Achievement : Execute comprehensive promotional plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong, ethical, and professional relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the Riyadh healthcare community.
Market Intelligence : Monitor local market trends, track competitor activity, and provide accurate feedback and performance reports to management.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Medical Sales and a solid understanding of the healthcare domain.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.

Knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy principles and practices.

Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred.

Prior experience in healthcare sales is an advantage.
