Visual Merchandiser Manager

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Visual Merchandiser Manager to join our dynamic retail team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of visual displays and make necessary adjustments to optimize customer engagement.
• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising best practices to ensure consistency across all locations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional displays and seasonal layouts that attract customers and drive sales.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine visual merchandising strategies and improve overall store performance.
• Manage the visual merchandising budget, ensuring that all projects are executed within financial constraints.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in visual merchandising.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and props for visual displays.
• Lead and inspire a team of visual merchandisers to achieve excellence in store presentation.
• Prepare and present visual merchandising reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
