Job descriptionOversee day-to-day healthcare operations and ensure smooth service delivery. Implement and monitor operational strategies, SOPs, and compliance standards. Lead medical and administrative teams, set performance targets, and ensure accountability. Manage operational budgets, cost control, and revenue-related processes. Enhance patient experience and handle escalation cases professionally. Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for top management. Support business development, partnerships, and service expansion plans. Bachelor’s degree in a medical field. Minimum 8 years’ experience in healthcare management or operations leadership. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and clinical workflows. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and organizational processes. Leadership and team managemen Strategic planning and analytical thinkin Excellent communication and decision-makin Problem-solving and quality-improvement mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with healthcare management systems With healthcare management software and digital tools.
