Job Summary :

The Production Technician / Fitter performs deburring, marking, fitting, stamping and packing for storage / delivery as per customer requirement..

Job Responsibilities

1) Set up fitting tool and perform precision fitting conforming to drawing requirement.

2) Perform deburring, marking / stamping as per part requirement on metal components.

3) Perform packing for storage or delivery.

4) Ensure parts are properly protected from atmosphere corrosion.

5) Ensure parts are stored in an organized manner with proper identification.

6) Ensure daily activities are recorded accurately and submitted timely.

7) Perform movement of physical materials and parts using pallet truck and forklift.

8) Perform housekeeping activities as assigned.

9) Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Specification

Qualification & Skills :

• Primary education level.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry performing related activities.
• Experience in performing deburring, fitting, marking, stamping and packing of metal components.
• Experience in operating pallet truck and forklift.
• Possess good working attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions as given.
