We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Lead daily outlet operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of all customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving operational excellence by implementing minimum brand standards and maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment.
- Contribute directly to the outlet’s financial success by maximizing employee productivity, managing utility / payroll costs, and supporting revenue goals.
- Take an active role in personnel management, including scheduling, conducting training, coaching team members, and ensuring high standards of punctuality and appearance.
- Assist with local marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance business awareness and volume.
- Ensure full adherence to all financial record-keeping, licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Core Requirements
Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or high-volume outlet.Demonstrated ability to Promote Teamwork and Collaboration and manage a diverse workforce effectively.Exceptional skills in Customer Focus and building positive guest and colleague relationships.Strong ability to Communicate Effectively and handle issues with courtesy and efficiency.Financial acumen related to inventory management, cost control, and revenue reporting.Deep knowledge of food and beverage products, including the ability to recommend pairings and upsell items.Our purpose is “We care for people so they can be their best.”
