Job descriptionSupport services (HR, finance, legal, IT, procurement, maintenance) Back-office operations (security, logistics, infrastructure) Establish governance roles, decision-making processes, escalation protocols and reporting mechanisms Design a modern organizational structure and develop corresponding job descriptions Lead and facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and presentations independently and collaboratively Minimum 5 years professional consulting experience (ideally more) Proven experience developing operational and / or governance models for institutions Resident in Riyadh with availability to work from client offices as required Professional fluency in both Arabic and EnglishConfident leading stakeholder engagement independently Experience in museum, non-profit, academic or service / experience-led institutions Knowledge of Saudi institutional frameworks Duration : 12 months Location : Riyadh, KSA Commitment : Full-time preferred, minimum 60% FTE

About the Opportunity
Barker Langham are seeking 2 experienced Operations / Governance Consultants to join our talented team in Riyadh.
This is an opportunity to shape the future operating model and governance structure of a ground-breaking museum, working alongside international experts and local stakeholders.
The Role
Working under the leadership of our Governance and Operational Lead and Head of Strategy and Planning, you will :
- Proactively and independently develop and implement a modern corporate governance model and operational framework
- Collaborate with legal advisors on frameworks and structures for the governance model
- Develop guiding principles for the future operating model, based on international best practices and stakeholder input
- Define a comprehensive museum-wide operating model covering :
Core functions (exhibitions, programming, visitor services, collections management)
