Bachelor’s in Engineering (MBA preferred) with 20+ years’ experience, including 10+ in senior plant leadership. Strong expertise in production and sourcing of nuts, spices, and pulses, with proven operational excellence. Fluency in English, with working knowledge of Arabic and Urdu would be ideal. A track record of leading cross-functional teams, optimising supply chains, and managing large budgets. Strong leadership skills in change management, innovation, quality, and safety.
