About the Role : Position : Shared Services and Facility Management Analyst (IBM Tririga experience) Location : Riyadh, KSA Engagement : Long Term | Immediate Start TMC is hiring a Senior Analyst strategic digital transformation initiative for a major company in KSA. This is an onsite opportunity for experienced professionals who are available to join immediately or 1 month. Key Responsibilities

TRIRIGA Platform Management :

Deeply understand and utilize the IBM TRIRIGA platform for core facility management functions, such as operations and maintenance. Service Management : Oversee the deployment and use of service management systems within TRIRIGA, handling corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. Asset and Inventory Management :

Monitor and manage the control and upkeep of property, equipment, and other facility assets and their associated inventory. Data Analysis and Reporting : Collect and analyze data from TRIRIGA to provide insights, support forecasting, and improve decision-making processes within facility management. Integration : Collaborate on integrating TRIRIGA with other corporate systems (like ERP or financial platforms) to ensure data consistency and streamlined operations. Process Optimization :

Analyze and transform manual business processes into automated workflows within the TRIRIGA system to enhance efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration. Facility Assessments : Complete facility assessments and support targeted facility projects, leveraging TRIRIGA's capabilities for planning and execution. Utilize and support mobile applications

that enhance data collection and user experience for facility management on mobile devices. Required Skills / Qualifications

IBM TRIRIGA Expertise :

Strong proficiency in the TRIRIGA platform, including its various modules and functionalities for operations and maintenance. Business Analysis :

Ability to translate business needs into scalable system configurations and functional requirements for TRIRIGA. Technical Skills :

Experience with integration frameworks, REST APIs, and data modeling to connect TRIRIGA with other enterprise systems. Project Management :

Experience in deploying and stabilizing systems, including supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training. Facility Management Principles :

A solid understanding of the facility management lifecycle, asset management, and maintenance processes. Total Experience (Years) / Relevant Experience (Years) in IBM Tririga :
