Analyst - System is responsible for design, development, integration, delivery, and overall performance improvement of Business applications for the organization that meet business requirements / business needs.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for software design and development for complex and / or large-scale business solutions, providing technical guidance and leadership for specific applications.
• Responsible for design, development, integration, delivery, and overall performance improvement Financials, SCM and HCM as per business requirements.
• To lead projects providing guidance and technical leadership to project resources for a required application(s)
• The role collaborates with others in the division to provide and maintain applications to meet business needs.
• To analyze system problems and provide / recommend alternatives for resolution.
• Ensure continuous improvement of system effectiveness and efficiency.
• Development and delivery of RICEW objects as per agreed timelines, quality, and scope.
• Prepare design documents, process flow diagrams, and perform GAP analysis as per business requirements.
• Perform and other relative tasks might be requested by his line manager.
