Graduate Registered Nurses

who are dedicated to delivering professional and high-quality patient care in accordance with HMC policies, guidelines and protocols. Responsibilities

Provide skilled, safe, holistic, culturally competent, person-centered nursing care to patients, families, community and society, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Provide direct care for patients and their families in a variety of settings including hospital, patient homes and community settings in accordance with legislative, regulatory and policy guidelines relevant to registered nursing practice. Develop, implement and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care delivered to patients and promote customer satisfaction through effective customer service. Accept accountability for own actions and decisions and for the related outcomes. Attend to emergency / crisis situations calmly and effectively and exhibit leadership qualities, managing nursing care safely, efficiently and ethically. Administer medications and therapies in a safe, timely and effective manner in accordance with HMC policy. Use communication skills to ensure that other members of the health care team, the patient and their family are fully informed. Demonstrate commitment to the development of other members in the healthcare team. Assume responsibility for own professional development through lifelong learning and maintain a professional portfolio that includes evidence of continued competence and performance improvement. Use data systems to enhance the quality and delivery of patient care. Ensure patients and those participating in research are fully informed of their rights. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the nursing field with the specialty of : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / High-Dependency Unit (HDU) Medical / Surgical Inpatient Radiology Valid Primary license from the country of origin and eligibility for license from the Licensing authority in the State of Qatar to practice Healthcare Profession.
