Package Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

We are looking for a skilled Package Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to help configure and optimize the system for client-specific business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with modules such as Field Service, Project Service, and Sales, along with familiarity with add-ons like Unified Service Desk.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and participate in solution design sessions
• Create functional design documents to guide development and configuration
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet business needs
• Demonstrate out-of-the-box features and validate solutions against requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including user acceptance testing
