We are expanding Ideals VDR in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region and are looking for our first Business Development Manager based in Riyadh . You will proactively prospect outbound opportunities, acquire new customers, and focus on closing deals.
What you will do
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in the Riyadh area
- Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in Riyadh and developing new opportunities
- Contribute to the execution of the sales & marketing strategy for the Riyadh region
- Participate in M&A Community events to enhance Ideals' visibility
- Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
- Structure, negotiate, and close deals
- Share insights and provide updates to customers
- Provide relevant customer feedback to product development and management teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and company revenue
What you bring
2+ years of experience in a full 360-degree sales cycle (origination to closing) within B2B or professional servicesExperience in high-velocity sales environmentsProven track record of managing pipelines and closing dealsExceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and conduct client discoveryFluency in English (C1 minimum) and native-level ArabicNice to have
