We are expanding Ideals VDR in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region and are looking for our first Business Development Manager based in Riyadh . You will proactively prospect outbound opportunities, acquire new customers, and focus on closing deals.

What you will do

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in the Riyadh area
  • Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in Riyadh and developing new opportunities
  • Contribute to the execution of the sales & marketing strategy for the Riyadh region
  • Participate in M&A Community events to enhance Ideals' visibility
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
  • Structure, negotiate, and close deals
  • Share insights and provide updates to customers
  • Provide relevant customer feedback to product development and management teams
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and company revenue

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a full 360-degree sales cycle (origination to closing) within B2B or professional services
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environments
  • Proven track record of managing pipelines and closing deals
  • Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and conduct client discovery
  • Fluency in English (C1 minimum) and native-level Arabic
  • Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS, financial services, or fintech industries
