نبحث عن محاسب منظم ودقيق للانضمام إلى فريقنا كجزء من برنامج تمهير. ستكون هذه الفرصة المثالية لاكتساب خبرة عملية في مجال المحاسبة والمالية، والمساهمة في تعزيز الدقة والشفافية المالية داخل المنظمة.

المسؤوليات

  • إعداد وصيانة البيانات والتقارير المالية وفقًا لمعايير المحاسبة.
  • المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات والتحليلات المالية لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
  • تسوية الحسابات البنكية وضمان معالجة أي فروقات مالية بدقة.
  • متابعة الحسابات المستحقة الدفع والمستحقات وضمان تنفيذ العمليات في الوقت المحدد.
  • المساهمة في إعداد الإقرارات الضريبية والتقارير الشهرية والسنوية.
  • إجراء مراجعات دورية على السجلات المالية والرقابة الداخلية.
  • التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لتقديم الدعم والتحليل المالي.
  • الحفاظ على الملفات المالية بطريقة منظمة وسهلة الوصول.

المتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية ودقة عالية في العمل.
  • إجادة Microsoft Excel وبرامج المحاسبة.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.
  • الالتزام بالقيم الأخلاقية والمهنية.
  • سعودي الجنسية ومسجل في برنامج تمهير.

    • شروط الالتحاق ببرنامج تمهير

  • أن يكون المستفيد سعودي الجنسية.
  • أن يكون مسجلًا في موقع صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية (هدف).
  • أن يكون حاصلًا على درجة الدبلوم من المعاهد أو الكليات التقنية أو الصحية أو الإدارية لمدة لا تقل عن سنة دراسية واحدة (فصلين دراسيين).
  • أو أن يكون حاصلًا على درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى من جامعة سعودية أو خارجية معتمدة من وزارة التعليم (مع إرفاق قرار المعادلة في حال كانت الشهادة من الخارج).
  • ألا يمتلك خبرة عملية سابقة تتجاوز سنة في القطاع العام أو الخاص.
  • ألا يتجاوز العمر 30 سنة ميلادي.
  • ألا يكون ملتحقًا حاليًا بأي عمل في القطاع العام أو الخاص.
  • ألا يكون ضمن قائمة المحظورين لدى الصندوق.
  • ألا يكون قد استفاد مسبقًا من برنامج تمهير بما يزيد عن فرصتين أو بإجمالي 6 أشهر.
  • ألا يكون مستبعدًا من برنامج تمهير لتطوير الخريجين.

    • Skills

  • التقارير المالية : معرفة بإعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير المحاسبة واللوائح.
  • إجادة برامج المحاسبة : إلمام ببرامج المحاسبة مثل QuickBooks أو SAP أو أدوات مماثلة لإدارة البيانات المالية بكفاءة.
  • المهارات التحليلية : قدرة قوية على تحليل البيانات المالية وتحديد الاتجاهات، وتقديم رؤى تدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل : نهج دقيق للعمل، مما يضمن الدقة في السجلات والتقارير المالية، وهو أمر ضروري للحفاظ على الامتثال.
  • مهارات التواصل : القدرة على التواصل بفعالية المعلومات المالية لمختلف أصحاب المصلحة، مما يضمن الشفافية والفهم.
