Overview
The executive assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project updates.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal / external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any other related field.2+ years of experience in a related role.Seniority level
