Overview

Executive Administrative Assistant. Our growing company in Medina is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant with strong communication skills to join our team. This position is ideal for an Indian national with fluency in English. We value diversity within our company and welcome applicants of all backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as needed
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for meetings
Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and business trips
Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion
Monitor office supplies and order when necessary
Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
Conduct research on various topics to support the executive team

Qualifications

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field preferred

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company.

Location

This position is based in Medina. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in the city.
