Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the finance operational readiness strategy for new projects, ensuring the finance team is prepared to support operational initiatives. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify finance-related requirements for projects and ensure successful integration into program plans. Oversee the design and implementation of financial processes, systems, and controls necessary for operational readiness. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure finance operational readiness and effectiveness. Provide leadership in change management, ensuring that finance teams are adaptable and equipped to handle new initiatives. Train and mentor finance teams to enhance their capabilities in supporting operational objectives. Drive continuous improvement in finance operations, promoting efficiency and best practices. Act as a key point of contact for finance-related inquiries during project development, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
