Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the construction sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and project managers.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that client specifications are met in project execution.
Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
Monitor project progress and maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Provide insights and feedback to management regarding market needs and product enhancements.

Around12 years of experience in business development within construction companies in KSA.

Technical background in engineering or a related field is essential.

Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving business targets.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
