Key Responsibilities :

Oversee cleaning operations, ensuring the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.

Manage and coordinate work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure efficient coverage.

Supervise and motivate the cleaning team to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.

Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and quality control procedures to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Train staff on best practices, safety guidelines, and effective cleaning techniques.

Optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity and maintain a clean environment.

Qualifications :

Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning and housekeeping supervision.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of hygiene standards and safety protocols.Ability to train and develop staff effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
