Senior Business Analyst – Riyadh

Required for a software house located in KSA to support a governmental project in Riyadh.

Senior Business Analyst Responsible and accountable for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the real needs of project stakeholders, including customers and end users across multiple domains. Involved at some level throughout the entire system or software development life cycle. Identify project stakeholders and user classes. Document user class characteristics. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and / or viewpoints. Write business and system requirements specifications. Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional and non-functional requirements. Represent requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate. Senior Business Systems Analyst 5+ years of strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools and processes. 5+ years of experience in portal solutions (SharePoint) and components such as ASP.NET, SharePoint administration, SharePoint development, vb.net, CP, Oracle ERP, databases and readymade systems / software. Proven work experience in software development. Solid knowledge of SQL & ERP databases. 3+ years of experience in system analysis and SDLC. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is preferred. Business process understanding; project management, communication and teamwork skills. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance. Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology (minimum).
