FACILITIES ENGINEER

Description

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and improvement of our facility systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of all facilities equipment.
• Manage and coordinate facility improvement projects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain facility management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure efficient energy management and sustainability initiatives are in place.
• Prepare and manage budgets related to facility operations and maintenance.
