Reporting Specialist

Job description5 to 8 years of experience or more in reporting and dashboard development. Experience creating reports and dashboards for ITSM solutions. Experience with Crystal Reports, Remedy Reporting, Yellowfin Reporting, Microsoft Power BI, and BMC Helix Dashboard. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field.

Our client, a Software and Technology Implementation company, is looking for a Reporting Specialist to work in Jeddah, KSA.
Contract duration : 12 months . 100% on-site work is required.
The Reporting Specialist will work with the following technologies : C#, C, Java, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Web API 2, ASP.Net, MVC, WCF, XML, XSLT, XPa, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, Microsoft Entity Framework, Microsoft Reports, SAP Crystal Reports, MS SQL Server 2000 – 2019, MS IIS Web Server, MS Active Directory, BMC Helix Dashboard, Yellowfin Reporting.
Responsibilities
- Create custom reports and dashboards as per customer needs.
- Administer, develop, maintain, upgrade, and customize the customer reporting portal.
- Configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade MS IIS.
- Analyze data and create statistical and analytics reports.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions; ensure secure access and proper authorization.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies; test and validate recovery procedures.
- Maintain documentation related to system configuration and processes.
