Your Role

As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development and management of our Operation IT knowledge repository. Your primary focus will be establishing and maintaining a centralized, accessible, and comprehensive repository for all critical IT documentation, ensuring efficient knowledge sharing and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Design, implement, and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for all Operation IT documentation, including contracts, service reports, deliverables, and compliance evidence.
• Develop and enforce documentation standards and procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and ease of retrieval.
• Implement effective knowledge organization and categorization systems to facilitate efficient information retrieval.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updating of all repository content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Implement and manage access control policies to ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective knowledge dissemination and sharing across the IT organization.
• Conduct regular audits of the knowledge repository to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of the knowledge repository and documentation standards.
