We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the ROI of marketing campaigns, analyzing customer journeys and funnels, and acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to align marketing efforts with the overall digital roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign ROI Management : Monitor and evaluate the ROI for all marketing campaigns; identify optimization opportunities to maximize performance; prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Analyze Funnels Of Experience And Journeys : Analyze user journeys, funnels, and overall customer experience across digital platforms; identify friction points and opportunities to improve engagement and conversion; collaborate with UX / UI and product teams to enhance user experience based on data-driven insights.
Digital Marketing Expertise : Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, paid campaigns, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and content marketing; stay updated with industry trends and tools; optimize marketing efforts using analytics tools and performance metrics.
SPOC for Marketing & Digital Roadmap : Serve as the single point of contact for marketing initiatives across departments; represent the marketing team in strategic planning discussions to ensure alignment with the digital roadmap; coordinate cross-functional teams for timely execution of marketing plans.
Requirements
Proven experience in Digital Banking marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software
