Assistant Store Manager (Clothing Brand)

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of sales associates : delegate tasks, conduct briefings and training sessions, and motivate the team to achieve targets.

Ensure impeccable customer service and uphold the highest store operation standards, including visual merchandising and cash management.

Resolve complex customer inquiries and participating in opening and closing procedures.

Assume full responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager's absence.

Implement and monitor compliance with all company standards and procedures.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a Senior Sales Assistant or Assistant Store Manager role in retail (fashion industry experience is a plus).

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage its performance.

Results and customer-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in MS Excel and POS systems.

Readiness to take responsibility and make decisions.

English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
