Project Control Manager

Project Control Manager Leads project controls across the ECI stage and Design & Build delivery, managing cost, schedule, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated reporting for cost, schedule, and risk.

Track milestones linked to the payment schedule.

Monitor deliverables vs. interim payment triggers.

Support Project Director with forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.

15+ years’ experience in project controls on large-scale projects.

Prior exposure to sports facilities or mega-event venues preferred.

Skills Primavera P6, cost control systems, reporting dashboards.
