As an Assistant Waiter / Waitress, you will support the service team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will assist with table set-up, food running, and guest needs while learning the standards of luxury service in a dynamic and guest-focused environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist Waiters / Waitresses with table settings, service preparation, and clearing.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
• Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, buffets, and stations.
• Respond to guest requests with courtesy and efficiency, escalating when needed.
• Refill water, bread, and other accompaniments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
